Five years ago I was in the best shape of my life until I hurt my back ironically during a workout at the gym. The injury kept me from exercising and I quickly gained 50 pounds. I have struggled unsuccessfully to shed the extra weight trying pretty much every diet on the market. It was frustrating.

Four weeks ago I had my first session with Shawn. To be honest I was skeptical and didn’t expect much. I was so wrong! The session was wonderful, relaxing and completely enjoyable. I left feeling rejuvenated; I actually felt like I had been on a mini vacation.

It is difficult to explain but I found myself instinctively making different choices in what I ate and drank. Easy and effortlessly I lost 20 pounds in 4-weeks and the weight continues to come off. I have no doubt that I will reach my goal weight in the next month or two. It is truly amazing!

I scheduled another session with Shawn to reinforce my weight loss as well as to discuss a problem that I have with falling asleep. This problem has plagued me since childhood and I have tried everything from sleeping pills and anti anxiety medication with very little success. That same night I followed Shawn’s instructions for relaxation and fell asleep within minutes. I have not had one sleepless night since and I actually put away my medication.

I am now a true believer in hypnosis and an even bigger believer in Shawn. Shawn is kind, compassionate and a consummate professional. I honestly believe the reason for my success is due to his skill and compassion. I do not believe I would have had this success with anyone else. My only regret is not meeting him 5 years ago. He is truly a gift in my life.
